I think at best were looking at another 10 million before its dead, probably the next two christmas\' and some price drops should get around 10-15 million.

I disagree.  The next round of "big Playstation games" are still coming: GT4, FFXII, possibly MGS3, most likely GTA4, etc.  I predict that more than 15 million PS2s are sold this year (2003), and next year a simular amount will be sold.  There is no reason why the PS2\'s sales would just stop after this year.

Sure the price would eventually come down, but the Xbox sped up the process dramatically.  Who knows, if the Xbox hadn\'t come along, the PS2 very well could still cost $300 here in the US.
