This wasn\'t no regular street. It\'s almost a highway, the dog probably got run over several more times after I hit it.

My cousin was ran over twice, by a Ford Explorer. He is perfectly fine. Except he fractured his leg. But it healed. He lived, how do you know that the dog wasnt alive?

Well, let\'s look at it like this. It\'s a dog, a stray dog at that. I would understand if it was a person, but it was not. I did not even think of getting off to look if it was someone\'s dog. It\'s not my fault that some owner just lets his dog knowing full well that this type of thing can happen.

On another note, I just went over to check it out. It\'s on the side of the road now, but I hit it on the outer lane. R.I.P. Mr. doggy.

welp.. if i found someone had ran over my dog.. and they left it behind thinking it was a stray without even checking.. i\'d be pissed off.

Dogs escape. Are you saying if a baby plays with the telephone, she isnt a good mother? Babys get in trouble, and mothers are good mothers.

Dogs can escape, they just find out how. It how it works, lol

Yeah, my dog runs out of the house every once and a while. He goes a couple houses down, takes a piss and comes back. No big whoop. BUt he has on occasion crossed the street too which scares me.

What kind of dog do you have?

I have a huskie, blacklab, golden retreiver, terrier, greyhound....- erm. A mutt.

Psuedo meaning he\'s not really a dog. More like a large squirrel.

Actually he is an extremely smart dog though. We bought a little dog when we were living in an apartment. We also have a small back yard.

Wanted to get a dog no bigger than the poop we can handle in the yard.

Personally, if I didn\'t mean to hit the dog, I would of stopped. Now, if you meant to hit it (like I did when I hit my neighbors dog), you just drive on.

Tip: Use a parents car for your animal cruely, just in case of damage.
