When did I realize I was God? One day I was praying and suddenly realized I was talking to myself.[/font]

Soft Cell - Tainted love

Is a groovy beat. I guess you could call it a love song.

Oh and Bobby, have you ever seen the 3 Libra\'s video? If so - it appears that the song is about the eternal love for someone, who you can never have. Not only that, but the feeling of rejection and scorn by narrator . So, maybe the song is indeed simple in point, but however, it is highly poetic and well written. What else do you expect from Maynard?

:D

Kci&Jojo - All My Life

I\'ve actually decided to make this the first track.

Don\'t take it personally if your song didn\'t make it, I got about 80 and counting just today from tons of sources and can only select like 20.

GNR - I used to love her but I had to kill her

Seriously though, if you go to any party/dance hall/club at some point in the night they always play "Wonderful Tonight".

LMAO, you listed Prison Sex??

I\'m sure she\'ll particularly love the line:
Quote
"I have found, some kind of temporary sanity in this shit, blood and cum on my hands"
after he (the narrator) turns the tables and starts raping his tormentor :D

Closer, too, was another odd choice for an R&B love song fan. :)

And yeah, I saw the film clip.  But I do doubt it\'s a simple love song (no matter how well written/sung).  I really think it was written with interpretation in mind.  To mean something different to each person who listens to it.

Ok, because its pushin towards 11 p.m. and I got shit loads of homework left to do I\'m gonna cut the CD short at 17 songs. Here\'s the track order, pretty much randomized. Thanks for everyone who put in their input, all songs were good in general it just came down to the ones I think she\'d like the most.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Kci and Jojo - All My Life
2. Savage Garden - Truly madly deeply
3. Faith Hill - Breath
4. Edwin McCain - I\'ll Be
5. Aerosmith - I don\'t wanna miss a thing
6. Incubus - I wish you were here
7. Mariah Carey w/ Luther Vandross - Endless Love
8. Boyz II Men - I\'ll Make Love to You
9. The Temptations - My Girl
10. Mariah Carey w/ Boyz II Men - One Sweet Day
11. Pearl Jam - Smile
12. Incubus - I miss you
13. Kci and Jojo - Tell Me it\'s Real
14. Savage Garden - To the moon and back
15. Air Supply - All out of love
16. Jim Brickman - You are the love of my life
17. Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight
