Can someone help me with HTML

I need a someone to do me a basic HTML form that will send to an Email adress, I need it so I can just paste it into FrontPage but the webspace doesn\'t allow FP extensions?

If someone can do the fields:

Name
Location
Home Phone
Email
Web Site
Enter Your Enquiry Bellow (then enough space to put in a enquiry)
Are you interested in buying a kitten (yes/no) tickbox
Have you ever owned a Rag Doll (yes/no) tickbox

If someone could do this it would be great, it\'s for my Aunt.

That\'s something called form mail, I\'ve seen that, it\'s CGI and it doesn\'t work the same way as just an email.

But its been a while. And its probably better off for you to learn it, probably take 1 minute.

Bleh, I just read above, and apparently the form you wanted I dont know how to do it. Ive never tried. Dont even know what your talking about..

I do know  how to do the form stuff. But I guess thats not what you wanted.
