The way I see it, the U.S. leaders are looking at the Iraq situation as helping mankind. To them it\'s like seeing someone in need of help and wanting to do the right thing. If it were about oil, we\'d just take it. What would fighting this war be for if we wanted it, "ok we helped you guys out, NOW GIVES US YOUR OIL."

So why did they provide weapons and supplies to 2 different countries fighting against each each during the same war?

Just wanted to hear you say it since it applies now as well.

So how are we getting money out of this? Seeing as how we gotta pay for the 100,000+ soldiers out there and the money for the food and water we are dropping to them.
