I made a trade on tradegamesnow.com, where I would send a gba package and $ to a guy for a PS2 and a game.  He had the same amount of feed back as me, so we sent at the same time...Well, after I sent, I never heard from him again.  So I found out another guy on the website made the same trade with guy, and had no contact with him after he sent.  No one could find the guy\'s phone number online, so I did some searching.

I did a search for Justin Aden, and found an article about a woman in Illinois raising her 16 yearold grandson by the name of Justin Aden.  I searched her name and found her work number, which has a 618 Area code...the same area code as the town I mailed to.  Thus, I have the work phone number of Kathy Sigman, the scammers grandmother, or at least there\'s a fairly good chance that it\'s his gandma.

Here\'s the topper, I entered the name into people search and guess what...

personal info removed
 
the same address as the address I shipped to.  Looks like someone has some \'splaneing to do.

I then found other people online this guy ripped off, and now he has 3 counts of mail fraud coming tomorrow.

He\'s 16 years old, a minor.  However he will still have a crap load of trouble coming his way, and I\'ll get my stuff back one way or the other.

(btw, the only reason I left the personal info in there was because it was publicly know info, it was in the white pages)

im assuming the site has a disclaimer that you have to be 18 to take part in thier business.  this leaves him exempt

i\'m sorry he jacked yer stuff, that sucks
but be prepared for when nothing happens
hopefully, he hasnt sold yer sold, and you get it back

Well he mailed my stuff back, begging that I don\'t call his grandma.  As for being a minor, his gaurgian would be responcible for the loss.

actually I\'ve been using a voice recognition program lately, and my having to correct it by hand every three words, has taken a toll on my literacy.
