From those tornados in Kentucky.

The chick and the dog in the picture...  See them?  Well that use to be her house....  See the basement?  That\'s where she was when her house was torn apart.

There was 2, 2!!!!, funnel clouds right above my house about a week ago but they blew eachother apart.

All these tornado pics of damage strike close to home for me, being born and rased in Kansas City Missouri.  I\'m just glad i\'m in an area now that dosen\'t get tornadoes.

I live in Kentucky and was surprised by all the action we have received as of late. One day I was at work and evaculated to a shelter, the next night we didn\'t have electric most the time and then one mornin\' I woke up to find limbs and branches all over the roads. Very scarey stuff, as we don\'t see storms like this often.

Back in my news days I flew all day in a chopper over Panama City area after Hurricane Opal.  I remember all the typicla things like boats in the middle of the road, roofs off, etc....

But one thing has always stuck in my mind.  I remember flying over an area on the beach thinking how beautiful it must be because there weren\'t really any houses.  I mean it was a mess at the time, but it was really nice.  Then I noticed under the sand were concrete slabs.  There use to be houses there.  It was quite a bit of beach leveled.

I also remember a whole wall gone and I had footage of a guy sweeping in his upstairs bedroom with no roof and no wall.  

I remember seeing an entire house in the middle of a lake.  It was in three pieces.  Absolutely amazing.
