Dude, did you ever watch that 20/20 episode where they show you what kind of dirt is in a hotel and public bathrooms under a black light?  If I had just saw that without any warning from my mom, I would still be paranoid about the filth.  And what\'s wrong with being clean?  It\'s better than sniffing in the dust and crap, making the allergies go nuts.

Actually being in a dirty environment would help you prevent allergies, whereas being in a unnatural clean environment would be a disadvantage over time.

My sister is proof to the contrary.  She has horrible allergies and the attacks didn\'t come as bad after she went to school at UC Davis.  Air was impeccably clean.  Now she\'s in LA -_-  There goes all her efforts. =P
