The HRT HSV is that $200 000 commadore or the one Skaife races?I hope they do put them in,but as someone said before doesn\'t the PC have rights to HSV???

Also my list of wants is some old holdens(eg Torana\'s,VK\'s & so on) a Maloo and bathurst.

Yeah frig the gold coast we want bathurst.

Alot of people don\'t seem to understand licenses. Just because a car company has a license with one game company, doesn\'t mean they can\'t put the same thing in another game company\'s game, unless is exclusive. This is why Ferrari\'s are in Need For Speed, Project Gotham, F355 etc.

The HRT HSV is the $200 000 Monaro.

Rage originally had an exclusive license with Lamborghini to create that Lambo game, however, Rage are no more, and EA bought the rights to that game, which include the Lamborghini license. I\'m no legal expert, but exclusive licenses normally only last for about 6-12 months.

An exclusive license can last any length of time.  If they plan on doing a series of games, they may lock the car up for several years to keep their pride and joy.

yeah, but I thought they\'d only do that with really trusted companies. Like, if you get an exclusive license for a game, and it sucks, then you wouldn\'t want the car locked up for another accouple of sequels.

Is this going to be 2/3 disks? Its going to be a hefty game, frame rate 60 right?


Dear God I noticed they have my favorite: Opel Speedster...

Im picking this up for sure just to view the beauty of all those cars.

framerate is solid 60. Also, again, the list is FAKE!

and Spudz, , you can\'t be serious: the Speedster? The Elise all the way - especially considering it\'s a Lotus internally developed car - just sold as a Opel through a deal they have.

The Elise owns the Speedster in most aspects. :D

VOLVO and SAAB has said that they dont allow gamedvelopers to use their names/cars in any game.
The 2 swedish car company have no plans on changing this. It is company policy.

So the list is fake.

I would like to have real money, I mean dollars or euros... I don\'t like to buy a BMW for 15,000 credits.. what sh¡t is this? Nah, they have to put real money: if that BMW costs 48,000 dollars, win races to get that money...

I swear a Volvo was in Metropolis Street Racer on Dreamcast.

If any manufacturer were to put their cars in a game, it would be GT, and Polyphony are the ones with the reputation and the money, so I am not ruling anything out.

I wish they would release just alittle more info.

There was some half arsed arcadey touring car game on PC a few years back with Volvo in it.

Actually, weren\'t Volvo in the first TOCA game on PSX?
