And one more error screen similar to that one above but "dcomx.exe" encounters a problem. Then the little timer will go off. This really sucks balls.

EDIT: Crap, I just found out "dcomx" is a virus. Norton blows the big one again.

It\'s happening all over the net.  You recently must have downloaded some windows update patch that has a flaw in it, or you have a virus currently on your PC that is causing this.  I\'ve heard numerous people have the same problems.  The best I can do for you is the following...

(Assuming you\'re running XP)

Go to the system control panel, and click the "Advanced" tab, then go into the settings for "Startup and Recovery". One of the checkboxes is "automatically restart". Uncheck it, hit apply, okay, then proceed to figure out what it is that\'s causing your system to hiccup.

(I honestly don\'t know why the hell this is even set on as the default. Everyone I know who\'s encountered it panics to high heaven when it happens.)

If that doesn\'t work, try this --

So, any suggestions? I tried that one disable restart thing Ryu, it still is being gay.

EDIT: Ok, I\'ve been online for almost half an hour now with nothing weird happening. I think it\'s cuz I had so many ports open with my router due to a bunch of online gaming. I\'ve closed all of them off, and everything seems a-OK.
