Halo for PS2 petition

well, i dont understand theomen. Halo is probably the 1st game to give you that feeling , with the x-box power, they had power to create something; a world that was more alive. but still, the 1st MoH on psx did put you in the middle of a warfare with tank and bomber and other artiellry. with all the ignorance you flagged me, i still belive Halo was "just another FPS"

i belive also GT3 was just another racer. in fact, wasnt it entitled GT2 for PS2 with new champship ? GT3 and no such big impact on racing game like GT1 and GT2 did.

Halo may not have added many unique concepts to a game, but what it did do was combine many elements that had been done before and improved them to a new level.  

1. Halo originaly was planned for PS2... then Bungie canceled it due to the "better hardware" of the X-Box (or was it just the "more money" from M$ ?!)

Bungie were bought by Microsoft.

2. It´s not such a good Game. I played it a few hours and it isn´t better than any other FPS.

Were you playing it co-op?

Ithink i implied that already. Since the lunacy wont stop, I suppose i could add my 2 cents. I think halo is a decent game and i rarely ever bias myself just because its on another system. To be dreadfully honest, halo really didnt impress me all that much, besides certain aspects of the grafx, the AI and a few other things here and there. I admit that its a good game but I definately do not hold it in such high standards as most people.

The story doesnt do much to impress me and the action isnt the best. Those aspects really make some FPS\'s shine. Flame me if you will but i really liked red faction 2 because the wepons were fairly innovative, the story didnt suck and the vehicle combat was pretty decent. I dont know what it was that got me hooked but the action, even when you first start out is wild and very fast (not to mention smooth. 60FPS right?). The multiplayer is one of the best ive played in a while too. The geomod engine still remains fresh for me in this game as well.

Like i said before though, this debate is only good to describe the aspects of the game that you do or dont like. You may or may not like the game and im sure nobodys opinions will change because we have all made up our minds and are much to stubborn to change them.

You try playing a tactical game in Timsplitters - its not possible the AI is crap on all the charcters and the sniping is a complete joke. If you wanty to play sniping game or Capture the flag u cant because the levels are so small and crappy, even with the level editor yo cant even stack blocks on top of each other to make a sniping position - crap.
