The essential titles in my opinion/experience :

Frequency (and Amplitude, of course)
ICO
Gran Turismo 3
(+ steering wheel, not optional)
Burnout 2 (-as above-)
Devil May Cry
Silent Hill 3
Fantavision
(can\'t be beat for 2-player fun [and aggravation])

I\'ve got about 3 dozen games (have owned lots more), and only this bunch really stands out, or at least these have impressed me the most so I can name them right off the bat. Could be a couple more titles if I really got into thinking about it.

Just for the record, I\'ve thoroughly enjoyed almost every single game I\'ve bought for my PS2, save for maybe Haven, which is just plain boring.

Hawke you rule. You are the first person besides my cusin and I that likes fantavision. And ICO is by far one of the highest games on my list of all time.

I\'ve got a friend who\'s nowadays studying in Ireland, and whenever he\'s in Finland on holiday or for other reasons, we just have to have a clash of the titans... Seriously, we could play the game for days without pausing! It\'s that much fun. Every match is guaranteed to thrill, no boring quick kills or superior victories, it\'s a bloody battle from start to finish. There\'s nothing quite like waiting your opponent to score a great Starmine starter, and flip the screen and listen to him writhe in agony. Until he flips the screen, you push him into a corner, etcetc. The screen flip power-up is what makes the game, IMO, it\'s the ultimate in modern annoyance tools. It\'s just a shame that you can only have the bouts last up to 999 points... we\'ve been thinking how awesome it would be to go a bit further, like : A match for 500,000 points, no pauses allowed, if you need to go to the bathroom or answer the phone, you can do so, but the game goes on. That\'d be just sooooo... stupid?

I wonder if we share a common dream then, you and I : Fantavision Online!  :D

Fantavision Online, aaaaahhhhh:D. What bliss. I love rotating the screens. That or pushing my opponent to the furthest region of the screen. And personally i enjoy the backgrounds alot. Everything seems so alive and full. And the music doesnt kill the game either. The whole classic theme is a nice piece of fun. Oh and then the filter effects.  Gotta luv that Fantavision
