What a bad day this has been.. First Anna Lindh dies, then they find the body of the 16 year old missing girl (Nathalie Rönnqvist) and if that wasnt enough some lunatic grabs a 5 year old kid and kills her.

11 September is truly evil.
fastson, was it due to the opinion of this woman about the euro?
Like ooseven said, we don’t know. We have very little information on the motives of the murderer.
Last I heard the Police still think that it could be a random attack but they are not rulling it out that it would have a motive. They have are still sifting through security camera\'s to get a better idea of what happen.
They have excluded that it was a purse snatcher gone bad, like the first reports said. They suspect he might have followed her there and then attacked. They think he worked alone.
Right now they need more witnesses on what happened before and after the attack.
The guy just mystically disappeared after the attack, they have no clue where he went.
But they have found the weapon and some clothes from the guy, they are looking for prints and DNA samples... If they get prints they have a very good chance of identifying him as we have a huge record on fingerprints. Lets hope he left something behind.
Also the level of public out cry is huge...
Yes, people are blaiming SÄPO (Säkerhetspolisen/ Security Police) for not forcing bodyguards on her (they didn’t even consider bodyguards..).
And people fear the Police will **** up the investigation like they did during the Palme murder.
Whats it like Fastson ?.... I am hearing reports of Vigils at both the parliament building and the store where it happened.
They have those all over the place, in the parliament, the hometown of Lindh and so on.
Also there is a huge mountain of flowers outside of the store and the Riksdag/Parliament.
They also held a memorial thingy in the church.. Everyone was there, the PM, party leaders, King, Queen and so on.

Olof Palme (1986) and Anna Lindh (2003), both assassinated.
