"They also know that he first spotted her by the entrance of NK. He then made his way up to the 2nd floor where he observed her from a balcony."

A source says "- He used the time (the 14 minutes) to prepare himself, find a suitable time to attack. If it would have been a spontaneous act, he would have attacked her in the foyer."

Little bitch... Cant wait til the 13th.

Today, Mijailo Mijailovic was found guilty by Stockholms district court, for the murder of Anna Lindh.

His sentence will be settled within 4-5 weeks after his forensic psychiatry examination is done. It is to determine if he is healthy enough to be sent to prison, or if he should be sent to a hospital.

But that seems unlikely since he did not behave as a sick person right after the attack, he discarded evidence and tried to burn his clothes, he spoke to a taxi driver right after the attack and spoke of women etc. Does not sound like a person who has just heard Jesus ( :rolleyes: ) voice, now does it?

Most people "in the know" are pretty sure he will get a prison sentence.

Sorry, missed your post.

Maximum sentence is life in prison.. that means there is no real timeframe of the sentence. The least amount of time you must sit is 15 years though. Usually they get probation after 20 years.

The longest someone that I know of has served, is 25 years (and counting).

The death penalty was banned in 1921 (last man was executed in 1910), and in 1972 it was even banned for wartime (execution of soldiers etc).

Mijailo Mijailovic under investigation for another murder.

The police is investigating if Mijailovic had anything to do with the murder of the 77 year old Nils Bergman.

Nils was attacked when he was walking home from church. He was found bleeding with his throat slit.

During the time of that murder (14 Nov. 2002), Mijailovic often visited friends who lived in that area (less than a kilometre away). His friends said he always carried a knife and told them that "he was ready to attack someone".

The Taxi driver who drove Mijailovic home after he had attacked Anna Lindh said that when he mentioned "Skärholmen" (the place where the old man was attacked), Mijaliovic "changed colour" (got scared), that he reacted to the name Skärholmen.

Im glad he\'s been found guilty. He sounds like one dangerous sick individual who will most likely strike again given the opportunity.
