I am confused because scientists just found spider nuts over 400 million years old.

I still dont understand how scientists has accurately say "These spider nuts are 400 million years old" when no one knows what 400 million year old spider nuts should like in the first place.

Call me crazy but I dont buy carbon copy dating ion\'s whatevers for a second. I dont believe there is any accurate way of dating these kinda things because there are just too many unknown varibles.

It just doesn\'t make sense to me.

Didn\'t you know that God created spider nuts first?  It\'s right there in the Book of Arachnid, 4:28.  Then 399 million years later, he created the earth, and transported his beloved spider nuts here so we could enjoy them too.  :)

Carbon dating IS accurate, they measure the ammount of carbon lost over a period of time, figure out the Rate.

Then they find a fossil, see how much it has lost, and see how many years it would have taken to lose that much carbon....

It\'s basically correct :P
