Seriously, at $99 you have nothing to lose. Not to downplay the Xbox (I own one, it\'s fun) but if you\'re a PS2 gamer you can\'t go wrong having the GCN as a second console at that price. $99.. that\'s almost Dreamcast low!

MS says that they won\'t drop the price unless Sony does. Apparently MS still thinks that they\'re in competition with the PS2 even though the Xbox\'s numbers actually reflect GameCube\'s. Not a bad strategy, I guess.

You do get free games with the \'Box, and nothing with the $99 GCN.

Still...the Gamecube is the better choice over Xnob. And what better combo than PS2 and GC and GB:SP?????

The best 2-console combo ever.. that\'s a toughie. GBA and PS2 make it easy because they play the most games and contain a lot of ports and pseudo-rehashes from older systems. (most notably SNES and Genesis)

Of course, that would discount the Xbox, GCN, N64, DC, Saturn, and God knows how many other consoles..
