I\'m for cruel and unusual punishment in the U.S. When someone considers killing someone they wont think they will get locked in a building for 40 years, they\'ll be thinking "what if they cut off my feet and hands" and wont do it.

Is it the dog drowning part that gets you all upset? That happens everyday. People who don\'t want the puppies will put them in a sack with some stones and drop \'em in a lake. Or they\'ll just drive into the woods and drop them off there.

There are animal shelters everywhere nowadays, it wouldn\'t be too much of an inconvenience to drive to one and hand them in there.
