I think I am now on level 2. It is an absolutly beautiful game.

If you have played the demo. Then you already have a good idea of what the game is like. The demo is not one complete level so keep that in mind. That is about half of the level. Those of you whom have not played the demo are probably waiting for the ps2 version coming out next year. All in all it is a game that one could not go wrong with. It is somewhat difficult, but it is not that much of a bother to continue. It is sort of like DMC in that you can upgrade your character.

One thing that is bothersome so far is the slow mo counter. You spend a level powering up the amount of time you can stay in slow mo. Then the next level it resets to the default, and you spend the rest of the level powering it up again. Does not sound that bad you say. Well think of timing. I have a hard time reverting back to 3 seconds of slo-mo when I am use to 8 or 9.

Sounds good. Can\'t wait to hear more. I may just pick it up today if there are any copies at the local EBX here. Otherwise, my copy from gamefly.com should be here very soon.

This game is hard. Shakes head cause being old school means having old reflexes.

im getting it for my bday, played a demo of hit at the mall and i was very impressed. The game looks unique and the gameplay is great and fun.

I am now a bit further, and damn this is hard. I had very few problems with DMC so far as difficulty goes. This game makes me cry for mommy more often than not.

I should give a word of warning though. If you are out for a straight action game. Think again. Defeating certain bosses require thought. Not to mention the further I get in the game the more it feels like a puzzle. I am not sure if I suck this much at games anymore, but it is hard. Not sure if I have mentioned that yet or not.

Devil May Cry was easy..

Can\'t wait to play this, though. How would it compare with, say.. Contra: Shattered Soldier?

Try the Dante Must Die Mode and try to finsh it with As and Ss.Thats challenging.

Pretty close to Contra in some places. I would say atleast from what I remember of Contra Shattered souls.

Played it. Was not impressed. Same with PN 03 which I actually bought.

It got a 9.3 I think at Gamespot.Its seems a great game.Perhaps its not the game that satisfies your tastes.I cant comment though because I havent seen it in motion or touched the game.I ve only seen screens and opinions from gaming sites and gaming boards.
Perhaps you need to get more into the game to realise how good it is???
