Well isnt this grand. The shouldnt get a penny and this should be so damn obvious to anybody. The game has warnings sufficient for the ESRB or w/e and therefore should prove the parents guilty of buying such a game for the kids. Give the parents time too. And if not, then sue walmart for giving it to the kids if they were in fact the onese that purchased it.

Not one of these killings beacause of gta has been committed by anybody over 18.

That\'s his point.  They\'re not supposed to be playing such a game in the first place, then how can the game be responsible for their actions?  Surely if the game led to their behavious, then wouldn\'t it be the people who allowed these children access to an adults only game be the ones who should be held accountable??
