You got the instruction manual? I almost gurantee there is something in there that explains what to do in this situation. Almost every cd player / cd changer has a  manual  / force eject.  If nothing else , you could probably look at it, take apart the casing the casing and find out what the problem is.

Basically, be a man, do it the manly way. Get some tools and tear the damn thing up, you pansy.

Yes, had to pull the whole thing apart and put it back together and re lube it, but its now changing discs better then a DJ.
