From what I hear the rescue was way too agressive. The news I heard said that the hospital told the military she was there and could come and get her without force.

if anything, it was the US tryin to get pub. out of the whole thing way back when. I vividly remember all of the bullshit that was said about her capture and rescue, 80% of which turned out to be false and right from Lynchs mouth at that.

Couldnt she have got more publicity by telling how hard things were in Iraq, what she has suffered etc , heighten the patriotism and gain compassion from the american people instead?
