She said she was raped and she was later rescued. I\'d be a bit more appreciative, if I were her. She has to realize that her rescue, if used as a media hype, is just normal for ANY country to do. She has a right to say what she wants, I guess....this isn\'t a Taliban state, after all.

Alright. My two cents. I agree with mm about this. She\'s a soldier. She understood the risks and her rank states that she can be used for anything. And yes, our government uses its soldiers, thats what they are there for. They go in, die, become prisoners and get paraded to the world in a dramatic rescue. BUT, our government was kind of stupid to give it so much attention but it was mostly the media. I mean, they just saved her and nothing more. It happened other times in Iraq so I don\'t think all this attention is fair to the other POWs.
