Korn is one of the heaviest bands of the metal scene. Excluding of course all Death/Black etc. metal which just honestly sucks.

They had one "heavy" album - and that was the first.

Go ahead, listen to your mainstream, MTV, teen angst based lyrics and crap music. Just don\'t try and pass it off as actual metal or even decent music.

While we are on this subject, let\'s look at the lyrics and judge how "heavy" they are.

But it goes directly towards the style of music they are doin\' or have done. For a "breakthrough metal band" - their choices of covers and lyrics are immature, teen angst based and overly cliche\'d. They have done nothing to push music - like some of their 13-16 year old fans would have people think.

Actually - those lyrics could be mistaken for any cliche\'d 13-16 year old teen angst song. There is nothing poetic about those lyrics. There is nothing thought provoking about those lyrics.

On the KoRn subject;

When they first appeared on the scene, 1992. Back then, not a single band was like them. I would love for you to find someone who tuned their guitars as they did. A vocalist as they did, and as gruesome lyrics as they did.

They hit the scene and everyone was like "WTF?". Still today, just because they are cruel mainstream, people say that.

Korn is a good band, and apparently you cant realise that.

I think their lyrics are great, Jons voice is just scary as hell. Sure it is subpar with other bands, ie Tool. But thats on a whole \'nother scale.

So, let\'s try this again.
Stop, breathe in, breathe out and read. I know it\'s hard for you , but with alittle pratice you\'ll be able to understand simple things in no time.

As for Tori Amos and the Spudz comment - it\'s okay, I didn\'t expect you to listen to anything that has an actual point and requires more than one listen to understand.
