It\'s a comic book series actually.  Scoff all you want, but it deals with something like this in the most realistic way possible and it\'s a pure joy to read.  Just imagine the resulting pile up on a local freeway if every man suddenly died... or the planes that simply would fall out of the sky... or the military forces utterly decimated with government bodies instantly destroyed.  It\'s amazing to think about and the book approaches it in an incredibly realistic manner.
