I\'ve never been taught under any circumstance to say "Her and me"... It\'s always been "Her and I."

Whatever.

8/10, wow. Last time we had one of these I scored 100%, but this time the "lay" and "me/I" questions got me.

No one would say, “The professor gave the most difficult problems to I.”

No one would say it, but it\'s still gramatically correct. Screw this test.

It\'s not Andrea and ME, it\'s Andrea and I.

I\'ve just asked around the office to check that I wasn\'t going mad but they don\'t seem to know the English language themselves at this website.

I know I\'m from the South of England, the land of cockneys and the missing letter \'t\' at the ends of words, but I\'m certain that\'s wrong.

Here\'s the question :

The professor gave the most difficult problems to Andrea and _______.

"me" is correct. Sentences like that can be broken down to :

"The professor gave the most difficult problems to ME."

You don\'t say

The professor gave the most difficult problems to I.

You got it confused with sentences like this :

"Andrea and I were given the most difficult problems."

Coz when you break this down it is :

"I was given the most difficult problems."

You don\'t say "Me was given......"
