SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Michael Jackson was formally charged Thursday with repeatedly molesting a cancer-stricken boy invited to his Neverland Ranch, setting the stage for what could become one of the most sensational celebrity cases this Internet-wired, 24-hour-cable world has ever seen

If jackson did molest the kid. Then the parents should be on trial with him. He had been accused of this before, and if the parents still let Jackson pursue their kid. They are as guilty as jackson. They put their kid in a dangerous situation.

Actually, since Jackson was never found guilty of anything, he officialy never did anything wrong. So the parents couldn\'t be charged with anything.

So if he reaches some out of court settlement this time. You would let your kid stay with him?

if mike did do it, he has no one to blame but himself. i like mike and all but he just set himself up. no grown ass man is gonna wanna chill with kids like that. and i know mike has  had no childhood growin up, but c\'mon these types of things lets you know the marriage between him & presley\'s daughter was a put on,..which it was

now i hear he\'s reaching out to the nation of islam. what a joke!
now that his mainstream fans are rejecting him he\'s reaching out to his people...a shame really. o j. did the same thing. And once the smoke clears he\'ll be right back embracing the mainstream fans.

No, I wouldn\'t let my kid stay with him, but if I did, it wouldn\'t be against the law...

If you put someone in a situation that is dangerous. One should be held partially liable at the very least for any harm that is incurred. Especially when it comes to kids. IMHO

Btw I am not suggesting that child molestors should get lesser sentences. It is just that I could conceivably exploiting Jackson guilty or innocent for shitload of money.
