How can I copy a copy protected audio CD?

I have legally BOUGHT an audio CD from the store, and I want to make a bloody copy because its a Christmas present and I want to listen to it while its wrapped.

How the hell can I make a copy of it? Nero 5 won\'t work, and I am about to try Audiograbber.

People should have a right to make copies of something they have legally purchased.

I like clonecd I dont think it supported any more but do a search on google

Can\'t you just save the songs to your comp first then put the Songs from yer comp on a cd?

Yea I\'ve heard of these, Universal is particularly making use of the copy-protected tech.  I\'m sure if you Google your problem you\'ll find answer but you could always try these programs to rip it song by song:

It worked, but the first two tracks are buggerd up and my car stereo won\'t play them.

It sucks, I think people have a right to listen to a CD on any device they choose, not just ones that support data. Its the Missy Elliot \'This is Not a Test\'. It uses the new copy protection from Universal. If you try to play it on your computer you need to install a special music player. There are no individual tracks on the disc, they are embedded in a data file.
