Don\'t come at me with your BS. He was still in highschool sure his B-day happens to come while in his senior year. Wuuuuupdy he is still a kid in highschool.

No highschool kid should be facing 10yrs in jail. I wonder how many highschools kids no the rules for have sex?

Too say oh it\'s the law he should have known is just rediculous and shows your level of education or the level of decency you have for human life.

At one time the US allowed slavery so that made it right huh?
All the blacks folks should have known there kids would be slaves so it\'s there faults for continuing to have them huh:rolleyes:

There are kids in high school 19 and 20.  Are they exempt?  


This petition is extremely one sided.  Granted I think 10 years is ludicrous, but you don\'t know the whole story because you are only seeing something written to get you to sign.
