If your going to get Halo, get the PC version. Online multiplayer is what makes the game.

Cervantes, how old are you? I\'m tired of this fanboy bs of yours. Go get a job, get all 3 systems, and stop your bitching.

What does this have to do with anything?  I would expect more from you mm.  Sales mean little to how good a game truly is.  For instance-I\'m sure all the PS2 FPS sell quite well but none of them are anything above decent except maybe TS2.

You\'re telling me that Frontline is better than Halo?  If so than I\'m afraid you\'re a complete moron.

Allied Assault is a great FPS though but is a completely different game.

Your arguement is weak.  MOH also was repetitive and did little to innovate.  The enemy AI was also rather pathetic at times.  I played AA probably more than anybody else here, but I didn\'t spend all my time having fun on the one player.  It just was endlessly fun beating people online.  Halo on the other hand offered a great one player that proved fun especially when going back on harder difficulties.  The multiplayer is also amazing with other talented players.

Oh, and I won\'t be bothered to explain how different they are. It\'s rather obvious with how each plays.

I would like to ask cervante what the "big" deal was with Halo.

Halo was dated (added little to nothing to the FPS genre)  ... repetitive (copy and paste level build)… and a chore to play (anything under 30 Frames Per Second is un-acceptable for a first person shooter).

There\'s a difference between being constuctive or being a cock, you\'re erring towards the latter.

Seriously, if you\'re going to carry that fanboy mentality around with you you\'ll have to leave it at the entrance to this place. What made you think it was a good idea to come to a PS2 forum and slate the PS2 (at least have a point, don\'t just bitch)? You\'ll make no friends that way.

I agree slightly about the amount of crap games on the PS2 but that\'s because there are about ten times as many titles overall on PS2, it\'s all relative.

I\'m just saying, add a little reasoning to your posts rather than plain outright flaming (unless it obviously needs flaming).

Oh and I forgot,

Red Faction 1 - Single player and deathmatches both kick arse.

TS2 - A close second.

You were asking Cervante but I\'ll answer.  Amazing enemy AI, crisp aiming controls, great amount of multiplayer levels, and an overall well put together game.

Again, I said what I think, and I get a called a cock. I don\'t get it? Halo; amazing AI, vast levels, good sound, vehicles, good physics, different to any other FPS out there. ok, graphics were only 30 fps, but I\'m not a graphics whore. High framerate does not always = high fun.

Halo is good esp for co-op and when you put the difficulty on legendary , the AI is far superior to anything else I\'ve ever played.  One bad point is that playing online, everybody just 1-hit kills w/a sniper rifle so that\'s no fun.  But I definitely would not get it on pc.  Way too many problems.

I hated red faction, both of them.

There\'s a new game call SWAT I\'ve been wanting to try out.

WTF are you talking about? You seem to be taking this system loyalty bs too seriously. I just don\'t see why you feel the need to lower the PS2 every chance you get and it is getting irritating. What I just quoted doesn\'t make sense at all.

EmperorRob, you just suck at Halo. :p ;)
