I should note that the above picture has not been confirmed as the offical Batmobile for the show, but it is extremely likely to at least appear in the show, due to the fact a previous quote said there would be "batmobiles", plural, thus there is more than one. I can only assume that this is one of those many batmobiles.
The problem with this series is the fact they are approaching it as a merchandise opportunity. They are not hyping the story or many things, but instead they are showing us images of toys. Terrible looking toys, at that.
The worst part about all of this is, it spells the end of the Kevin Conroy era. Out of all the people to portray the Dark Knight he has done it the longest . Of course we will have him doin\' Batman for the Justice League show, but it is really only a minor point, \'cept for certain episodes.
It\'s an odd time to be a Bat-fan. In the comics, you have Tim Drake stepping down and a new Robin (a female!) taking the mantle. In the cartoons, you have a new show. There is a new movie on the way. And merchandise is at a fever pitch, with DC Direct toys such as \'Dark Knight Returns\' and Yamoto figures.
