just because a publisher doesnt exist anymore does not mean noone owns the intellectual rights to that game

As if they would care and sue you for a rom of a 15 year old title that serves to nothing anymore?Its still under their name.They dont lose anything from their intellectual proberty rights

I bought a TurboGrafx just so I could play that game.  I got rid of my TurboDuo a while back and I do miss it, but I got $1500 for my entire collection including a TurboExpress and Dracula X.
