loving this game be it for 30 mins short play run to long 3 hours run.

Its face pace, easy learning curve, beatifull (for a standard MMO), can solo with any class type, can group with any group type..

You really feel like a "hero" in a city full of villains, with ppl super runing , flying around.. and no one looking the same with the almost limitless character customization.

Guys, if you are new to MMO\'s, and want a good 1st game try this one out.

Guys, if you are a MMO vet\'s, try this one out and you\'ll be satisfied.

I\'m a level 10 science tanker on the Freedom server named Captain Omnipotent -- founder of the Superteam, The Justice Avengers.  Yes, this game is awesome in ways FFXI could only dream to be.

... from a review i read
i was in CoH beta test, there\'s nothing to do, no loot,  no real purpose, no high end game

its true MM.. repetitive..

But at least you dont have to stay in one "camp" camping one item.

about the end game.. too early to say anything. Inhouse Beta ppl say there is plenty, and still more comming.

It\'s far from perfect, but its damn good for a game that is live for one week hehe. It took over 2 month for EQ to have any real purpose other the Crushbone hehe.

anyway.. better waste my time on CoH then EQ.

Repetetive combat?  Sure, if you don\'t bother ever evolving your character or party up with people or even explore the game world at all.

Nothing to do?  Sounds like you didn\'t party with anyone or expand your character beyond level 10.

No loot?  That\'s a plus if I ever saw one.  It\'s a failing of MMORPG\'s to make the player collect tens of thousands of useless trinckets to get a single friggin sword.

No real purpose?  It\'s a game, you play it, you advance your character, you have fun.  What more purpose do you need?  What purpose is there in any other MMORPG then what I just listed?

No high end game?  Lets take FFXI as an example, what\'s high end about that game?  Bigger enemies?  CoH has those.  Bigger missions?  CoH has those too.  Bigger stronger character?  CoH has that as well.  Oh wait, maybe you\'re referring to having secondary jobs?  CoH has secondary origins.  Or maybe it\'s the chocobos?  CoH has flying, running, teleporting, and leaping as alternatives that you get to choose.

I just don\'t understand your squabbles.

I\'m still eagerly awaiting guild wars.

May 12 is only 8 days away... and for all of E3 GUILD WARS is offering anyone the chance to download the client (60 kb), and try it for free.  Make sure you sign up and go to the login screen early though, because it\'s about 75 megs it has to stream to you... (man the streaming idea is great).  Fast servers though, and not loaded to much yet.

Game is also going to be free with no monthly subscription, and you will pay only for the game initially and expansions.
