Censorship and Nudity

Recently their has been a crackdown on "corruption" on TV.

When everyone made such a big deal bout that singers titty, it got me thinking. Why should things be censored on TV at all? Nudity, Curse words, etc etc.

For example, Nudity.

Nudity is censored to be kept from a younger audience.  It is treated as something "bad" and it is not allowed anywhere near the eyes of anyone under 18...

Is the naked human body such an evil thing? I do not think so. I think it is natural and I think it should be accepted as normal in our society.

Parents complain they wouldnt be able to explain that to their children. Well why not? Children have naked bodies too. I just don\'t agree with something that is completley normal and natural being treated as if it made people corrupt and insane. It would also be easier for children to be able to accept seeing such things because they have not yet hit puberty. This would help kids feel more comfortable when they DO reach that stage. Less confusion.

Your right, i don\'t, but if I did I don\'t see why i would be afraid of them seeing a person naked.

This is one way our country is kinda screwed. We shelter alot from people untill the latest age possible and wonder why they experiment with so much they haven\'t had prior contact with often learning in the wrong way about something or another.

Course that\'s where responsible parents should come in, but we know most aren\'t and want to blame it all on video games, music, tv, and movies instead of themselves.

I think there should be a limit on what is exposed or what can be said, but as of lately since the superbowl and Janets tit, things have gotten quite rediculous.

Thats COMPLETELY different and you know this. Besides, to roll with you a little on this anyway. Clothes or no clothes will not stop a pervert as our sex offender records already show.

A little girl being nekkid or in a snow suit wont stop some dirty old man from asking her if she wants some candy and a ride.

Im sure there have to be some adults on here that agree that the human body is needlesly frowned upon in our society.

Maybe someone else wants to see it on TV?  Also, I wouldnt consider it unlikley that the government could sooner or later pass a law outlawing people under 18 viewing such material on the net.
