Ouchy.  Looks like that network is getting a major makeover.  What a bummer.  I really liked some of their shows.  I can\'t say I was an avid viewer, but I did tune in every once and a while.

I wonder what they are going to do to change the network up.

To fire everyone is pretty drastic.

Never understood all the love for the show.  Any tech talk I get from the net anyway.  Heard the women anchors are pretty.

Martin and Swish better be trekking their asses to LA as we speak.

If the new channel has G4TV.com, Unscrewed, Filter, Pulse, and X-Play then I don\'t care what else it has.

Never really understood the appeal of those real techie type shows. I personally find no entertainment from watching someone install a printer and according to the ratings not many other people do either.

Agreed.

I just finished watching X play about an hour or so ago (i think 12:30 am? Its 2:30 now). Well that and before that i was watching anime unleashed (Silent Mobius and Gene Shaft).

THere are times when i love tech tv and then there are times where i hate it. Either way, i hope the good shows stay.

You can\'t just post a thread and give no information what so ever . It\'s ignorant.

And X-Play, Unscrewed, Call for Help, Body Hits and Anime unleashed all suck. Only \'The ScreenSavers\' is worth watching and only because of Patrick Norton well and the hot Sarah Lane.

Tech TV was to mainstrem, meaning they talked allot of BS. Then again if tech TV were a real Tech show it would have failed.

Just saw the an ad for the merger and it will begin on may 28th.  the link on techTV\'s site doesnt work to see what shows etc.......

One of you mods hate me. I brought up a topic about TechTV being bought out by Comcast and the thread was deleted. It wasn\'t LIC. He doesn\'t care what I post as long as it\'s not praising piracy (he did say I should post more about butt piracy instead ;) ).

G4 already has a pretty popular review show(Judgement Day) so I wonder if they\'ll be able to work in X-Play (which I\'m told was the highest rated show on TechTV).
