Who cares what race one person was? There are some black people that are just as racist as whites. Of course, if it was black on white crime, it\'s not news. However....white one black crime....front page baby!

And just so you all know.....statistically, there are far more blacks in jail than whites. But guess what? Most of those black people are jailed coz they committed a crime against another black person.

Far more whites are serial killers against whose victims are other whites. More low level drug dealers are black. More drug runners are latin. WHat is your point?

Seriously taze the little bitch. If she is constantly getting out of hand and wooping up on everyone and the cops have to come out constatly. Then she obviously knows there is no reprecution. We set rules but then there is no recourse what does that say about the rules? Ill admit tazing is a bit over board but there has to be a point where these "special needs" kids have to have some reprecution. You all reading into this that special needs means special ed. As far as we know they could all be little hoodlums and there special needs is a warrant officer.

He did what he was trained to do, although a nine year old girl in hand cuffs is definitely not the smartest move. But we don\'t know exactly what she was doing in the hand cuffs, you can still do alot of sqwirming and kick and things of that nature in handcuffs. Full grown adult ok, 9 yo just poor judgement.

LOL the kid was in handcuffs unless she new some martial arts there is no need to taze the kid.

Is there really a need to spank children? Alot of people say NO but I disagree it needs to be done only on seriouse situations buy it one of the most effective ways for a parent to show reprecution for negative actions. Like I said tazing is perhaps a little overbored but that cant arrest her so its a way for the cops to show reprecution.

Little kids all do "bad" things soemtimes because they have not yet been forced to obey societys opinions of what is right and wrong. Spanking is not needed if you are a good parent, children are not that hard to deal with.
