well if you base the quality of food on price, then yeah it kicks ass, but hell I could eat out of a dumpster for free.  Personally, I base my culinary decisions on taste, but then again that\'s just me.

I love Papa Murphy\'s.  There are no Papa Murphy\'s around here in West Virginia, but back in Utah they were all over.  Dang good pizza for a great price.  If you don\'t mind cooking the pizza\'s yourself, this is the way to go.

(in responce to theomen) I actually think Papa Murphy\'s Pizza is better than just about every other place.  This isn\'t like Five Buck Pizza or anything like that.  It\'s actually really good. :)

Well if you make the pizza yourself, wouldn\'t the quality of the pizza be dependant on your pizza making ability, and not this so called Papa Murphy\'s?

Thus, it stands to reason that if one believes Papa Murphy\'s pizza is sub-par, it is in-fact due soley to their own sub-par pizza making abilities, theomen, and not the restaurant itself.

I can respect someone who enjoys the taste of it, but to equate food quality with price just kills me....damn spudz

I\'ve heard the Pizza Parlors in New York City are the best but you have to pay for it.

The best part of this whole thread to me was this post.......

You make a thread and the first person who post\'s in it you slam becuase you belive this joint is something only you have ever heard of so you know he is lying (or at least you belive this to be true) yet why the hell did you make a post about something you think noone has heard of in the first place asking opinons of it....

Considering I live in the Black Hole of the US where they don\'t know what decent pizza is, I would have to say my favorite is Mama U Bake - I would bet it is the same thing as Papa Murphy\'s.  You buy it, take it home and cook it for about 12 minutes.

All we have around here is:

Domino\'s - ok, not what it was in the mid 80\'s.
Pizza Hut - crap
Little Caesars - ok for here
Mellow Mushroom - haven\'t tried it
CC\'s - just not into buffet pizza
Papa Johns - great if I am feeling a bit constipated.  Seriously those ingrediants are a natural (or unnatural depending on who you ask) laxative.

I\'ll agree with you there. I only eat at the neighborhood pizza shops like I said before. I feel they are better and aren\'t rushed to be made. A Dominos opened up in my town. It caused some controversey because the town doesn\'t allow chain restaurants in the town. I like that law because chains won\'t drive the neighborhood business out. And you get better service from them too IMO. I\'ll probably try the Dominos in my town just to try it but I will always be loyal to the small pizza shops (especially the couple in my town and a neighboring town that I eat at frequently). We have chain pizzarias around but they don\'t have more than 4 stores and they are spread out quite a bit. Not like McDonalds where they are every three miles.

On the same note as this crappy papa Murphy\'s thread which no one even knows what the place is, I like Westshore Pizza.  Good stuff.  They also have good Philly Cheese steaks...

Yeah, I know.  Who gives a shit..  That\'s why it fits in this thread.

i actually like pizza hut the best. Papa Johns is the second best but it doesnt have the thickness of pizza hut (unless my parents get the wrong kind). Dominoes is third but their cheesy bread kicks ass.

Have to mention Little Charlies Pizza that u can get at Costco.
