The meaning of musician

Where does it say he has to be paid?

If Vivi is playing day in day out with a band or even by himself and/or writing his own music. I\'d call him a musician. The only difference between someone who gets paid and someone who doesn\'t is the pay check.

BTW, this isn\'t "punk."  :laughing:  I don\'t know exactly what you call it, but it\'s more akin to the wave of 90\'s alt-rock bands that emulated punk, like Green Day, etc.  It\'s nothing like authentic punk.
