heh. Im guessing this was inspired by aim news. It changes for me everyday. Stomach a lot. side. If its on my back its never straight and never facing up.

I used to sleep on my back all the time but started getting sleeping paraylasis (look it up if you want to know what it is).  Since then I have began sleeping on my side, I cant sleep on my stomach for more than a couple minutes...it\'s uncomfortable.

Sleep paralysis SUCKS.  I had it for the longest time and thought I was the only one till I looked it up on the net one day.

Best way I\'ve heard to sleep is on your side (either one) in a sitting position with a pillow between your legs.  This is the only way none of your lower back muscles are in use.

I always end up on my stomach though.

Have you ever fallen asleep on your arm, then in the middle of the night, you wake up and it\'s dead, you can\'t feel it, you can\'t move it, for all it\'s worth, it might as well be a lump of wood?

:laughing: dude both my arms have fallen asleep many times. I have to push myself up with my head and I just sit up trying to swing my arms around.

I can\'t sleep with my arms bent, or I cut off circulation because of the added muscle I carry.  Only problem is that I\'ll bend my arm 2-3 times a night, and then have to wake up and get the blood flowing again.

I got low blood pressure I think thats probably why.
