Seriously though, nothing really touches the "hip hop/rap" scene in the US. Not saying that its the best thing in the world but i never see people lookin this silly.

Dammit I want to whoop their ass so bad. Just push them over so they trip over their pants and beat them in the face with those dumb chains with spinners on them. It almost looks like it was halloween and they decided to dress as a hoodlum. Like those kids that dress up like a vampire and get way into it.
