It\'s really annoying when people just can\'t learn from their mistakes.

1. make crap games
2. declare bankruptcy
3. cry about it
4. repeat 1-3

It\'s even sadder we won\'t see anymore Turok or Extreme-G games. :(  Well the latest Turok doesn\'t count, bleh!

That\'s pretty sad. Their successes were mostly in the past or are in the hands of other developers, but weren\'t Burnout, Turok, NBA Jam, WWF, and Mortal Kombat all Acclaim at some point?

They dropped the ball a few times and got hooked on a Legends of Wrestling series (the old Warzone engine) that couldn\'t keep up.

What other publishers are in the New York area? Anyone?
