After seeing all the features the game has to offer, I\'m even more eager to get my hands on it. I even pre-ordered it yesterday.

PS. Who is the idiot on those forums saying the map size is too big?

Quote
the only thing i dislike about the news of hise game up to this point is the size of the cities in the game.

gta3 was perfect.
vc i got lost in every 5 mins
this one just sounds ridiculous.

WTF???

Seriously. Id love to have the map be even larger. Fly to a different country and all that jazz. heh.

Anyway

There are 16,000 unique textures, and buildings

There are 35-50% more polygons than in VC

I dont know about this one. It looks great but 35- 50%? And 16,000 textures on top of that? I remember when doing VC the people at rockstar said that VC would be the most they could pump out of the ps2 untill the next gen. Maybe it was an advertising thing but obviously that was wrong.

Yeah, and that\'s WITH the map included in the box.
It doesn\'t take a rocket scientist to read a map of a limited-area fictional part of Miami.

God only knows how well he would do in the real world. That would be like me getting lost driving to Bolton.

If I were so dumb that I couldn\'t get around a game with a map and HUD, I wouldn\'t tell anyone.

Anyways, I read that SA will be 5 times larger than VC....not including the non populated country side, water and desert.  All that they are counting are the towns and cities.  Damn

Will do ;)

I hear the dodo can fly almost 3 times as high as the boat/plane in VC.
