MLB Playoffs - Can this year top last years?

He has a little bit of Jesus in him, too. Only Jesus can hit 2 Home Runs for 6 ribbies against the Yankees in Game 7. Only Jesus :)

6 outs. Only 6 outs until DESTINY.

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

I\'ve said this before...

3 OUTS AWAY!!!

Note:  If the Yankees lose they will not be remembered for the 26 championships, they will be known as the biggest choke artist of all time, 192 million payroll and all.

Even faced with the hamburger helper, Boston pulled through.

I will say that Boston looked like they wanted it more than the Yankees I mean there pitching wasn\'t spectacular the Yankees just didn\'t go up there trying to hit anything like the Sox did. I anyone think of this, we stole Babe from you back in 1918 I think and we steal A-Rod from you in 2004 to reverse the curse??? This is insane, I just hope the Astros get in for Rogers sake. Go Stros

Great now to break the curse you have to win the world series, don\'t count your chickens before they hatch, you beat the Yankees but theres still a World Series to play.

I\'m glad I was wrong in predicting the Yankees to win...
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

The Red Sox are now the symbol of comebacks, everytime a team is down 3-0, everyone will point to the 2004 Boston Red Sox.

Yep. Nobody in MLB history even won Game frickin\' 6 after being down 0-3 before..

This was a series like no other. Well, actually.. it was kind of like that other ALCS that the Red Sox should have won.. *cough* Grady.. but more dramatic.

It\'s looking like St. Louis @ Boston Saturday night.

Bottom 8, 5-2 STL
