I didn\'t read the article, but I remember the weapons buildings were on wheels and that made it hard for our inspectors to do their job in the first place.

you sure about that? i think you might be referring to those tractor trailers that bush and others thought  were chemical labs..which they weren\'t..they turned out to be something else i forget what...but it definitely wasn\'t a chemical lab...
