You would be surprised. It\'s kind of like the Emperor\'s New Clothes. One person says that something is the greatest thing since sliced bread and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. I think it is the whole cult mentality. Something that is suppose to be intelligent and cool, becomes loved by the masses, even if they have never seen it. The same thing can be said about something that is hated, per say, Microsoft. There are so many people who complain about Microsoft and their hatred for the company, when infact they know NOTHING about the industry or the company itself. It is simply \'cool\' to hate the company.

I think Citzen Kane is over-rated trash.

I think Citzen Kane is over-rated trash.

Yet it\'s not quite the same thing, since the people who actually know stuff about MS hate them as well - and rightfully so. In fact I\'ve seen another \'cult\' thing going on - an \'anti-anti-MS\' following so to speak. They say MS is cool and everybody who hates MS is just wrong... well guess what. MS is hated for a good reason. :)
