It adds a protective layer of frost that solidifies on and adds a protective layer. It also fills in the scratches with water crystals, so you see, its not that skinky

yeah.Then put it in your PS2, the water crystals will melt, then your PS2 will suffer an ellectrocution.Then you should put your PS2 in the freezer to get it fixed

No, you see, the crystals fuse to the cd and it makes this huge chemical reaction, causing the crystals to turn into Cobalt, which is a hard carbon based compound that is much better than the plastic that is on the cd. This compound is ironically clear, and since it is carbon based, you can even shove it up theomens ass, which is as tight as a 9 year old boys, and it still won\'t break. Yup, the freezer is the method of choice
