So, last night I asked this girl out and she said yes. Earlier that day, I told a girl that I\'m best friends with that we can hang out on saturday. I did tell her that I\'m not 100% sure but I see no problem at this point if we do it at 7 or something. Well, later on, I get a girlfriend. I get a text from my girlfriend about hanging out that night and I tried to get the info like most people would, like time and stuff, hoping I can fit everything in. Well, I called my girlfriend up and she said she can\'t do anything tomorrow (12/19) because she won\'t be around but she said she wanted to do something for my birthday. I called my friend up and asked for a raincheck on hanging out, thinking it not a big deal since we hang out so often. I was wrong. She did say she was happy for me but seemed surprised that I had a girlfriend. So, I get home to talk to my g/f about what we are going over AIM since I had problems working an ATM and that I\'d talk to her over AIM. My friend IMs me and seemed upset and that I care more for hanging out with my g/f that my best friend and she stopped IMing me. So am I an ass or did I do the right thing by choosing to hang out with my new girlfriend? What would you guys have done?
