Meh....crime in the US fluctuates in some cities....coz when criminals kill each other the following year the crime rate drops. Then a few years later when their kids are old enough, they start commiting crimes. And the rate climbs.

Where I live, we have Latino gangs that are killing each other off. That problem usually resolves itself.

oh, and US students go to school in oz cause it\'s dirt cheap compared to here (like 62 wood chips a semester).  studying abroad is the trendy thing to do these days.
