Its not punk. I hate the whiny voices and voice fluctuations that this "genre" is characterized by etc etc. Other than that, im not getting in it.

People are so touchy about religion and just because something even has a dash of it, it automatically becomes tainted.

Listening to 1/4th of a song for the first time isn\'t the best way to judge it, but I don\'t think it was that bad.

Chistianism has lost its meaning with this kind of labeling.I amannoyied when I see religion being used like that.Its lost in corruption unfortunately.
As for the devil and blah blah I dont like shity metal bands that refer to the devil either as they are corrupting many people.But atleast no good meaning loses its true meaning.And who cares if satanism is corrupted or done right or wrong?
Christianity teaches all things that people want to mimic in order to do the good thing.Thus many want to follow it.But it also has a deeper meaning.When Christianity is used like that(and especially in politics) its corrupted more people follow a corrupted Chrisianity thinking they are doing it right

There is just way too much of this music going around right now and this band offers more of the same old same old. High school. Girls. Breaking up. Whatever. I don\'t care. I\'m sick of power chords and whiny lead singers. Where is the innovation here?

hmmm...i see what you mean uni...but this can also be used as a way to get young people to listen to god or to get them into learning about him..example DEanna...well maybe she just likes them from the jump...i\'ve seen on tv the other day how there was this church that was using rap to teach about god...even tho the good intent is there, as far as trying to get the younger people into it, this doesn\'t work for me, there\'s a time and place for everything... tho i can see the reasoning behind it....
