I had something like that happen to me at another site. Their server went down and afterwards, not only did it delete my account, but some 500 posts with it. I decided to stop going there after the incident.

That happened to me. I was registered ages ago, then a few weeks ago when someone posted a link to one of the topics there, it said I needed to log in, and when I tried to, it said my name didn\'t exist.

I reregistered last night, but now I find I have to wait a week for it to be activated.

psh, they don\'t deserve to have a bloke like me grace their forums, so if/when my account gets activated, I\'m not sure I\'ll visit anyway.
