i don\'t have any favorite authors...i\'ll read anything as well...as long as it\'s good. i mostly like that weird sci fi stuff. y\'know stories like the twighlight zone but with a strong suspenseful and freightful theme....a read a short story from a member here not too long ago, and his work was extremely impressive...i think it was ghetto, not sure, but whoever it was, i\'m hoping he finishes that horror story, it was really a good read...
knowledge, wisdom & understanding..these are the basic fundamentals of life

if you can\'t amaze them with brilliance, baffle them with bullsh*t....

Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you. I don't care where you've  been or what you plan to do. I am the resurrection and I am the light. I  couldn't ever bring myself to hate you as I'd like.

I\'ve taken a liking to Jeffrey Deaver (The Bone Collector),  Dan Brown (The DaVinci Code, Angels & Demons, and others), and Anne Rice.

I\'m currently dividing my reading time between three books; Queen of the Damned, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and a reading assignment for my summer Political Science course, God\'s Politics: Why the Right Gets it Wrong and the Left doesn\'t Get it.

I\'m searching for a new author, a good horror series and some good mystery/suspense novels would be great.  Any suggestions?

I\'m not a reader at all, but there\'s one book which i really like though ; "Het huis der Onbekenden" (House of the Unknown)
by Belgium writer Jos Vandeloo.

It\'s a surrealistic novel about a man comes home and doesn\'t recognize his wife and son anymore. He thinks it\'s a huge practical joke from the kid\'s school ; \'familiy switch for a day\'.

But the woman and kid he doesn\'t recognize as his family keep persistent in claiming they are indeed his wife and son........

Basically it\'s an existentialism book. Very gripping. Read it in about 2 evenings.

Reading is cool guys! Seriously.

But screw Dan Brown.

I\'m a fan of the classics. If you haven\'t read:

Moby Dick
Gravity\'s Rainbow
The Magus
A Light in August
Anything Vonnegut
Atlas Shrugged

Please, take the summer and do yourself a favor.

Clips, I do write short stories, but I\'m never sure if I posted them in these forums before. Maybe it was someone else.

I\'ve gone back to the classics. Reading Greek Mythologies again.

In HS I used to like the Hardy Boys series and Christopher Pike for some cheesy horror fun.

Right now I just read the Bible everyday and waste my time on the internets way too much.
